This means that once you reach your bandwidth limit, your international bandwidth is still capped (reduced to a much slower speed), but you still get full speed access to all local sites (this includes all SA Banks, SARS e-filing etc, and all SA hosted email and websites) This soft cap therefore allows you to conduct business critical functions after your International bandwidth has been capped. (Your hard cap is higher on the Satellite option than on the Fibre option - see table below) Once you are "hard capped", all you internet access is blocked.
